Link Logistics Inc. is the monthly equipment photo inspection app for drivers of LINK LOGISTICS INCORPORATED. Support is provided by the company's Maintenance team.

Common questions
- I do not have an account.
- Accounts are created by Link Logistics Maintenance. Ask them to set one up and send you an invite link.
- How do I sign in the first time?
- Open the app, paste the whole invite link into the box, choose a password of at least 10 characters, and sign in. Later you sign in with your email address or mobile number and that password.
- How do I install the Android app?
- See the steps on the download page. Please do not uninstall the app to fix a problem: photos that have not reached Maintenance yet live only on your phone.
- A photo says "saved on phone" or "uploading" for a long time.
- Keep the app open with a signal. Photos wait on the phone and upload by themselves. If one stays on "uploading" for more than a few minutes, close the app completely and open it again: nothing is lost. Do not choose "Discard".
- I cannot take a photo safely.
- Stop. Tap Pause / help in the camera. Maintenance sees your request in its system and replies there; this is not a phone call and may not be answered right away. The inspection stays open.
- Maintenance asked me to retake a photo.
- The photo is marked on the checklist with the reason. Take the new photo; it is sent to Maintenance automatically.
- It says my session ended.
- Sign in again. Nothing on your phone was lost.
- I forgot my password.
- Contact Maintenance: they can send you a new invite link, which lets you choose a new password.
- The camera does not start.
- Turn the camera permission on for the app in your phone's Settings, close other apps that use the camera, then tap Try again.
Delete my account or my data
To ask for your account or your photos to be deleted, email maintenance@linklogisticsinc.us from the address you sign in with. Include your name and the equipment you inspect. The company will review your request.
