Link Logistics Inc. for Android

The monthly truck and trailer photo inspection app for drivers of LINK LOGISTICS INCORPORATED. You need an account that Link Logistics Maintenance sets up for you: if you do not have one, ask Maintenance. This temporary download is for company drivers only.

iPhone: this page is for Android phones only. The iPhone version will come through the App Store when it is approved; Maintenance will tell you.

Install it

Open this page on the Android phone and tap Download. If the browser says this type of file can harm your device, choose Keep (it is the company's app).
Open the downloaded file and tap Install. If Android asks, allow Install unknown apps for your browser (Settings, Apps, your browser, Install unknown apps).
If Google Play Protect says the app is unrecognized or has not been scanned, choose More details, then Install anyway.
On some Samsung phones Auto Blocker blocks installs from outside the store: turn it off for the install (Settings, Security and privacy, Auto Blocker), then turn it back on.
Open Link Logistics Inc., paste the invite link Maintenance sent you, choose a password of at least 10 characters, and sign in.
When the app is installed, switch Install unknown apps back off for your browser.

Do not uninstall the app to fix a problem and do not clear its storage: photos that have not reached Maintenance yet live only on your phone. If something looks wrong, contact support first.

What the app uses

The camera, to take the monthly photos of your assigned truck and trailer.
An internet connection, to send the photos to Link Logistics Maintenance.
Nothing else: no location, contacts, microphone or storage permission.

Monthly photos do not replace required inspections and do not confirm DOT compliance. How the company handles your information: privacy policy.

Updates

This download is temporary. Maintenance will tell you when the Google Play version is ready and how to switch; until then keep this version and do not uninstall it.
